My husband and I love to take trips on our motorcycle. The windy, back roads on the way to Eureka Springs, Arkansas fits the bill nicely. We have been several times already and are planning another trip this summer.
On our last trip we gave ourselves plenty of time to walk the streets and explore. My favorite site was this quirky staircase that leads from one street full of shops up to the next street over and even more shops.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a bar halfway up the steps named “Henri’s Just One More . . . with an appropriately address of 19 1/2 Spring Street. It was a warm day and the steps were really steep so we felt compelled to stop and see what Henri’s had to offer. It was a fun little place with a great view of the street below.
You won’t be disappointed with Eureka Springs . . . fun shops, good restaurants and really unique architecture. My favorite part of the visit was all the interesting things to photograph. I’m hoping to have more time to explore on my next visit!
If anyone has been to Eureka Springs and has any recommendations for me I would love to hear from you!
